Creating empathetic messages

I'm focused on crafting an empathetic sentence, then I want to ask a question to engage further. I’ll also provide some optional short variants. I think I should stick to 4-6 brief bullet points so it doesn't get too lengthy or complicated. I see that there's no need to run any shell commands or plan tools for this, so I'll just get right to producing the messages!
